Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Possession of a valid P&C insurance license in the State of Mississippi
- Possession of a valid Life and Health license in the State of Mississippi
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior insurance industry experience
- Experience with outbound sales or lead generation
- Bilingual communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and underwriting basics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Compensation: $2,200.00 - $3,750.00 per month
